Our approach to cancellations, issues, and refunds.
Before preparation
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually refund or adjust an order that has not yet been prepared.
After preparation
Fresh drinks and desserts that have already been made generally cannot be refunded. If there is a genuine quality or missing-item issue, tell us with your order number and we will make it right.
Failed payments
If PayHere reports a failed or cancelled payment, no charge is captured and the order is not confirmed. You can place the order again from checkout.
